| Hubeite & Inesite You may still found Hubeite on quartz or Inesite on Calcite, etc. in Feng Jiashan Mine, Daye Co., Hubei Province, but the nice combination of Hubeite and Inesite as below are exhausted. In China, we used to call them "Chips" . Pity they are all eaten up now. Last year, I was lucky to find them again under one miner''s bed (He even has forgotten he had these left there) and then without hesitation and bargain, I bought all of them (only 20 pieces) and guess these may be the last batch to market. They are really nice specimen: brown translucent hubeite crystals cross together with pink shining Inesite crystals. |
